HERBAL MEDICINE

Dr Anne Walker - Senior Lecturer in Human Nutrition at the University of Reading with degrees in biochemistry and food science. She is also a medical herbalist and is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy. Her research involves clinical studies on the therapeutic applications of vitamins, minerals and herbs and their action on the human body.
