REIKI

Reiki is a form of hands - on healing developed in 18th Century Japan by a Buddhist monk named Usei Sensei. The name stems from the Japanese word 'rei', meaning spirit, and 'ki' or 'chi' meaning life force energy.

Reiki is used for-

lack of energy

poor circulation

digestive problems

nervous tension

respiratory problems

depression

insomnia

low self esteem

panic attacks

The theory os that a Reiki practirioner heals by conducting 'positive energy' through your energy field, so raising it's vibratory level and dispersing negative energy, thus allowing the life force to flow freely and healthily.
